Director Rohit Shetty is ready for next film

After the success of Golmaal 3, Abhishek Bachchan will be doing director Rohit Shetty’s next venture and not Ajay Devgn as was presumed by people in the industry. The film will be a comedy and will most probably hit the theatres next Diwali.

In the mean time, Shetty is also planning to remake Singham - a Tamil film with Ajay Devgn. The director confirms that the film will star Ajay in the lead but he will start work on the comedy with Abhishek Bachchan first. Abhishek has already heard the script and has signed on for it.


The remake of Singham will be a hardcore action drama which will release before Diwali. Ajay Devgn confirmed the news and said “Rohit and I are working on an action thriller. He is making a comedy with Abhishek Bachchan and right now his hands are full
