Bollywood Celebrities Reacts On Michael Jackson's Death

Asin: “Michael Jackson is a legend. I absolutely love his music and dance. His music defined a generation, just like Elvis Presley and the Beatles before him. ‘Heal The World’ is my favourite Michael Jackson track. It left an indelible imprint on my mind. This is is a big loss to all us MJ fans. I already miss him. Shilpa Shetty: “I still can’t believe Michael Jackson is gone! When my Dad told me I thought he was joking. I’ve always been a huge fan of Michael. I’m shattered. I had booked tickets to watch his show at 02 in London. They got cancelled and re-scheduled. To call him an icon would be an understatement. I still can’t believe it! Urmila Matondkar: “There have been many many famous entertainers and there will be others. But none like Michael Jackson. He’s truly an inspiration to entertainers in every part of the world. His singing and dancing were beyond any language, culture caste or religion. I didn't consciously decide to go bold: Amrita Rao

Amrita Rao in conversation with Subhash K. Jha… You recently shot a special song with Sanjay Dutt and Anil Kapoor. It's not an item song, as people seem to think. They both made me immensely comfortable. They have their own unique dancing style. Since both are legendary actors, I didn't know whom to match steps with. So, I just decided to be myself and do my own thing. I must say, all of us in Shortcut were overwhelmed by Mr Dutt's gesture. He came down to Mumbai only to shoot the song with us.You recently did a rather bold cover for Verve. What brought that on?It wasn't a conscious decision to be bold or anything. It all depends on how different artistes envision me.If Sooraj (Barjatya) could see me as this simple docile small-town girl in Vivah, then another person saw me the way I am on the mag cover. And if Farah Khan hadn't seen me as the grungy rebellious babe in Main Hoon Na after Ishq Vishq, I wouldn't have undergone such a change of image. But the sweet g...

Why Amrita didn`t wear Indian clothes?

It seems to us that Amrita Rao forgot to be Indian at her own movie premier ‘Welcome to Sajjanpur’. Don’t worry, by not being Indian we just meant that she forgot to wear Indian clothes which was the dress code that night.‘Welcome to Sajjanpur’ is a movie based on the rural side of India, so all the casts were to wear Indian attire all the time. Maybe this motivated the director to have the theme of his movie premier also to be on the Indian side.Obeying all the orders given the entire cast, as well as the invitees, were in Indian attire. The list includes Shreyas Talpade, Ravi Kissen, Celina Jeitley, Illa Arun, Shabana Azmi, Aushotosh Rana, Divya Dutt, Yashpal Sharma, Shayam Benegal, Rajshwari Sachdeva etc.The sole odd one out was the lead heroine of the movie, ‘Amrita Rao’. Dressed in entirely the opposite side of Indian, Amrita was seen in a white formal suit.So why did Amrita choose to go the other way? We do have a few options ready for you to guess.A. Because she wanted to look d...
