This is one onscreen star couple who have not been linked up romantically by the media. While that may be because they are constantly being paired with their other co-stars, their current friendship didn’t happen instantaneously.
It comes as great relief to Priyanka of course, that for the first time in her entire career, that she has not been linked with her co-star.
She says, “Thankfully there was no link up and our friendship was projected in the right perspective during the making of the film in the U.S.”
She adds that though she is a friendly person and gets along well with everyone, that was not the case with Ranbir and she took time to warm up to him. She informs, “Yes, breaking the ice was not so easy. We had common friends but I was under the impression that he is arrogant as he comes from a star family. I avoided talking to him. Initially we would go our separate ways after the shot. But once we reached America we got along well. We discovered we had a lot in common. After that it was a lot of fun,” she reveals.
