Ranbir Kapoor, the ’prince of Bollywood’, turns 28 on September 28.
The scion of the first family of Hindi cinema, he is the grandson of legendary Raj Kapoor and son of actors Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh.

The handsome actor debuted in films in 2007 with ’Saawariyaa’. Though his first film was a flop, he followed it up with hits such as ’Bachna Ae Haseeno’, ’Wake Up Sid’, ’Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’ and ’Raajneeti’. His forthcoming releases include ’Anjaana Anjaani’ and ’Rockstar’.

His former girlfriend Deepika Padukone tweeted: "Happy Birthday RK!!wishing u loads of happiness &success...and good luck with AA...:-)". And his ’Anjaana’ costar Priyanka Chopra wrotre: "Hey guys on my way to kc college in mumbai wit bday boy ranbir.. Anjaana anjaani in da house..".
