This film is ranked as a second highest in the category of films with highest collections at box-office, of 2009. It accumulated over 66.5 crores and is a debut film of Saif Ali Khan, as a producer. This movie is directed by Imtiaz Ali and shows some different pattern of love story of two generations.

Starred with some of the beautiful stars like Deepika Padukone, Saif Ali Khan and Brazilian model Gisele Montero, it is a perfect romantic love story. The fresh look of a Brazilian model Gisele Montero in an Indian look is much appreciated in the film.
