Shah Rukh doesn't want to over expose himself

Rajnikanth starrer Tamil film Kuselan's flopping has definitely affected Shah Rukh Khan. Not to take any chances, he has decided to push ahead his produced film, Billoo Barber (based on the same Malayalam film that Kuselan was) to February 2009.Sources tell us, "Billoo Barber was confirmed for a Diwali 2008 release but its now going to come anytime between January end to mid February. There are two songs to be shot and also there are some scenes that are being re-shot.This re-shooting is being especially done to avoid mistakes that Kuselan had. The film was not well received by even the most ardent of Rajnikanth fans. SRK doesn't want the same to happen to his film. He is also making sure the length of his film is not very long like Kuselan (180 minutes) was.""One more reason for the postponement is that Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi directed by Aditya Chopra is slated for a December 12th release.SRK doesn't want to bring both his films almost together and end up over exposing himself. We all know how much SRK goes all out of his way to promote his films. It may result in two much too soon for him if he brings both films in a gap of weeks and SRK knows it well. The industry talk is that Adi Chopra's film is a safer bet for SRK as his next release because Billoo Barber is unlike any previous Shah Rukh Khan starrer film. It's a very serious film and no one can predict its fate at the box office.
The Yash Raj film however marks the return of Aditya Chopra to direction after a long gap of 8 years and is much more anticipated by SRK fans than Billoo Barber." the source adds before concluding..

Salman khan Also stands isolated as SRK-Bachchans cosy up

By Summaiyah Wahab Khan Shah Rukh Khan's presence at the Drona premiere should surprise no one. Ever since the open squabble with Salman Khan both the Khans have been drawing themselves closer to the Bachchans, trying hard to show their solidarity to the Bachchan family in every way possible."And there was no way Shah Rukh was not going to be invited to the Drona premiere. Whether Salman would've come on knowing of Shah Rukh being invited, is irrelevant. Salman was not invited. He may openly express his fondness for Abhishek. But it's not that easy for anyone to forget his past behaviour with Aishwarya. Also he isn't exactly a chum of Drona's heroine Priyanka Chopra either, " says a source close to the Bachchans. In fact everyone from the gregarious Karan Johar to the ultra-reclusive Sanjay Leela Bhansali to the hardly-ever-seen Sushmita Sen showed up for this, the most crucial release. And why not? The Bachchans personally invited all their guests. Aishwarya...

Another Try for a Windows Phone, but It’s Still Clunky

If you’ve never heard of a Windows Mobile phone, or never particularly cared what kind of software runs on your phone, prepare yourself. In the coming months, Microsoft will release a steady drumbeat of ads intended to make you want a device powered by its software. Related Should you care? Probably. Should you make a Windows phone your priority? Not necessarily. If you already have a phone that runs Windows Mobile and want to upgrade, the new 6.5 version will improve your life slightly. Otherwise, other mobile phones are probably a better bet. Windows phones have been around for years, mostly competing with BlackBerrys for the allegiance of business users. But while BlackBerry crossed over into the consumer realm with more user-friendly phones, Windows Mobile remained in its corporate cube, because of devices that could be so frustrating to use that few people would choose one without a corporate mandate. For much of the last year, Microsoft has been saying that its ...
