She married actor Takashi Fujii on July 30, 2005 at the Grand Hyatt in Tokyo, with an audience of 340 guests including many famous Japanese personalities and celebrities. On May 7, 2007 Otoha and husband, Takashi Fujii announced that they are expecting a child.Her only known role in an anime is Mizuki Natsumi, in GetBackers. Also, she sang one of the ending themes for the anime Ichibyo No Refrain (One Second of Refrainment. She has also been in several TV shows and movies.
